With “SHIFT 2025 and Beyond,” its mid-term strategy centered on efforts over the next three years from 2023 to 2025, Shiseido will shift to an offensive position under a new management structure and ensure further growth to achieve the goal: “to become a global winner with our heritage as a global winner.” To achieve sustained growth and shift to a higher-margin structure through aggressive investments, the company will build a business base in promising future markets as part of its core initiatives in Asia Pacific.
